Social Security Participates in Financial Information Month Charity Initiative
The St. Christopher & Nevis Social Security Board supports the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and all our Corporate Partners in initiatives to observe Financial Information Month.
On Saturday October 5th 2013, we began our journey to “Reshaping the Future, starting Now” through a Charity Initiative designed to give back to the less fortunate amongst us.
Thirteen recipients received contributions on St. Kitts, while six persons were selected on Nevis.
Social Security’s staff bought joy and much relief to Mr John Robyn of Middle Island, St. Kitts and Ms Sylvia Huggins of Rawlins, Nevis through the donation of food and household items along with toiletries.
Staff felt that it was important to contribute in a meaningful way to persons in our communities who are struggling at this time.
It is hoped that this level of generosity will be maintained throughout the year and that individuals and businesses will lend support to reshaping our societies and economies for the growth of all.
